After interviewing 5+ realtors, none of them made a substantial impression. Then we were introduced to Cory through a secondary source and thank god for that! Cory was down to earth, very knowledgeable, personable and yet made it clear he would be completely on our side to get the best possible deal for us. It was a very smooth process with Cory and his team and they were ALWAYS available for any questions we had. Our house was sold in 3 days with a substantial amount of interest and over a dozen offers. As Cory went through all the offers with us, he broke it down in detail of why some offers were better than others based on type of loan, title companies, additional terms, etc. My wife and I were in awe of how such details can make a huge difference in the outcome of accepting an offer. But Cory was there to break it down in the simplest of terms and helped us on getting a great deal! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. I would highly recommend Cory to anyone is looking to buy or sell a house!
